Reserves
The Palm Beach Gardens Police Department offers individuals a challenging opportunity to be of service to their community as a Police Reserve Officer. As a reserve officer, you will assist the regular members of the department in the fulfillment of its mission “to protect and to serve”.
When you become a police reserve officer, experienced officers will train you for law enforcement service. This training meets the standards established by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) for both regular and reserve officers. The Palm Beach Gardens Police Department furnishes all uniforms and safety equipment to its officers. You will be required to perform a minimum of twenty hours of duty a month, which includes training and meetings.
If you are interested in becoming a Reserve Officer or would like additional information, contact Reserve Captain Michael DeRosa at (561) 799-4476.
