CMP Volunteers Provide Free Children’s Fingerprinting

Several members of the Palm Beach Gardens Police Volunteers In Police Service (VIPS) were on had Saturday, August 22nd at Christ Fellowship Church. They were there in support of the church’s annual Health Fair.

Childrens FingerprintingOperating outside the church in the Department’s Mobile Command Post, the volunteers took the fingerprints and photos of nearly 60 children – and returned to their parents a card with all the vital information on it, including the prints and the picture. The card has two punch-out wallet size cards that the parents can put in their wallet.

The volunteers provide this free fingerprinting service several times a year at various public locations such as churches, shopping malls, major discounters and other local locations.
